What is your Return Policy?

At Northgrid Supply, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@northgridsupply.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

The MotoTec Mud Monster Kids Electric 48V 1000W Go Kart Full Suspension Green is a off-road recreational go-kart designed for outdoor recreational riding on private property, dirt tracks, open fields, trails, and approved off-road recreation areas. It is built for recreational use only and is not intended for public streets, highways, sidewalks, bike lanes, parking lots, or any public right-of-way.

This go kart includes four 12V 12Ah sealed lead-acid batteries, dual front hydraulic shocks, a single rear hydraulic shock, pneumatic wheels, and a foot-operated hydraulic rear disc brake. It is recommended for riders ages 13 and up, with a maximum rider weight of 150 lbs.

Performance, range, speed, and battery life may vary based on rider weight, terrain, riding mode, surface conditions, temperature, and overall riding style.

  • Wear proper protective gear. Always wear an approved helmet. Goggles, gloves, elbow and knee pads, and long pants are strongly recommended. Wear lace-up shoes with rubber soles.
  • Ride only in safe, permitted areas. Use only on private property, dirt tracks, open fields, trails, and approved off-road recreation areas. Do not use on public streets, highways, sidewalks, bike lanes, or any public right-of-way.
  • Supervise younger riders. Adult supervision is required for all riders under 18. Confirm the rider meets the age, height, and weight guidance listed above.
  • Operate responsibly. Keep both hands on the controls, avoid high-risk maneuvers, and never operate while impaired or unwell.
  • Inspect before every ride. Check brakes, tire pressure, fasteners, throttle response, and battery or fuel level before riding.
  • Observe weight and weather limits. Do not exceed the maximum rider weight. Avoid riding in rain, storms, fog, or other extreme conditions, and keep electrical components away from water.

Assembly and Delivery

Assembly Option Explained: If you choose the assembly option, your product will be assembled and tested by our professional installers and strapped to a wood pallet and arrive Ready-To-Ride. Please allow an additional 1 to 5 days for the item to ship. If you are ordering 2 more products with assembly, please place individual orders for each single unit, our website does not calculate shipping correctly, we cannot stack multiple units per pallet. Failure to do so will delay your order because we will have to contact you to pay the additional shipping charge.

If you choose no assembly, the product will ship in the factory sealed box and will require assembly. Most items are 70% to 90% assembled in the box.

Lift Gate Service Explained: If you choose the lift gate option, the shipping company will arrive with a hydraulic lift on the back of their semi-trailer to lower your box/pallet to the ground. In most cases, 2 people can lift the box off the back of the truck.
