What is your Return Policy?

At Northgrid Supply, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@northgridsupply.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are not charged a restocking fee.

Official-source discrepancies: The current Technical Specifications section lists the greenhouse dimensions as 7 ft. 9 in. high x 8 ft. wide x 24 ft. long. The linked 2015 dimensions document provides more detailed measurements, including a 97 7/16-inch roof peak height, 93-inch front width, and 284 3/8-inch length. The current product-page specifications are used below because they are the clearest values displayed for the current product listing.

The dedicated warranty panel states a 15-year warranty for the polycarbonate panels, while the FAQ states a 10-year limited warranty. The 15-year term from the dedicated warranty panel is used below.

The Grandio Ascent 8x24 Greenhouse Kit is a walk-in hobby greenhouse that provides 192 sq. ft. of growing space. It is intended for dedicated hobby growers, homesteaders, and small-scale market gardeners cultivating seedlings, vegetables, flowers, and overwintering tropical plants across multiple growing areas.

The greenhouse combines a 1.2 mm heavy-duty aluminum frame with 6 mm twin-wall polycarbonate panels. It includes 6 roof vents, built-in rain gutters, a steel base kit, and a snow load kit.

Selectable options include Wood, Concrete, or Dirt anchoring; No Upgrade or Add Premium Upgrade; and the choice to claim or skip the free staging table. These options affect the anchoring hardware or included accessories but do not change the 8 ft. x 24 ft. greenhouse size.

Foundation & Anchoring Solutions

  • Wood Installation: The Wood Anchoring Kit is intended for decks, wooden platforms, and timber bases. It fastens the greenhouse to the wood foundation for stability and wind resistance.
  • Concrete Installation: The Concrete Anchoring Kit is intended for pavement, concrete slabs, and other hard surfaces. It fastens the greenhouse to the hard surface for stability and wind resistance.
  • Ground or Dirt Installation: The Dirt/Earth Anchoring Kit is required for installation on dirt or earth. The steel base kit is required for this installation type.
  • Anchoring Requirement: The greenhouse must be properly secured using the anchor kit selected during checkout. The included steel base kit is used regardless of the foundation type.
