2-year initial warranty service applies to bikes purchased after March 22, 2024. Battery packs are covered for 2 years from the original retail purchase date or up to 300 charging cycles, whichever occurs first. The motor, controller, display, charger, and throttle are covered for 2 years from the purchase date. Bicycle frames are covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects, while mechanical components are covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects.
