What is your Return Policy?

At Northgrid Supply, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@northgridsupply.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

Durable ABS Shell

The ABS hard shell is designed for long-term durability and reliable outdoor performance. Tested to withstand extended UV exposure, it resists deformation, cracking, and discoloration while maintaining a smooth, aerodynamic profile. Its impact-resistant construction helps protect the tent in a variety of weather and terrain conditions.

Panoramic Stargazing

The outer cover can be fully rolled up and is paired with a built-in skylight to create a more open camping experience. This design allows for better airflow, brighter daytime use, and clear nighttime views, making it ideal for stargazing and enjoying the outdoors from inside the tent.

Spacious Interior

Designed to sleep 2–3 people, Sirius 1 Plus provides a generous interior layout with an elevated roof for improved headroom. This added space makes it a great choice for small families, couples, or campers who want more room to relax inside the tent.

Power-Ready Design

Sirius 1 Plus is equipped with rooftop load bars that support up to 20 kg, allowing you to mount solar panels or additional gear as needed. An internal power inlet makes charging and lighting more convenient, helping keep your setup organized and better suited for off-grid travel.

Dual-Layer Mattress

The tent comes with a memory foam mattress and an anti-condensation base layer for improved comfort and moisture control. This dual-layer setup helps reduce dampness, adds insulation from cold surfaces, and provides a more supportive sleeping experience without the need for additional pads.

Dual LED Strips

Integrated LED light strips inside and outside the tent improve visibility after dark. Whether entering the tent, organizing gear, or moving around camp at night, the built-in lighting adds convenience and safety when you need it most.

Warranty

Naturnest provides a one-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. During this period, defective parts may be replaced at Naturnest’s discretion at no cost to the customer. Replacement parts will be provided, but installation is the responsibility of the customer.

This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from Naturnest or from an authorized dealer. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims on products purchased through an authorized dealer. Second-hand purchases are not covered.

Products sold by Naturnest that are not Naturnest-branded are covered by their respective manufacturers. Some discounted or clearance tents may have limited warranty coverage, which will be noted at the time of purchase.

This warranty does not cover:

  • UV damage to fabric or outer shell

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic blemishes from use

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents

  • Damage caused by natural events such as storms or strong winds

  • Cosmetic changes that do not affect functionality

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications made by the customer

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped through a shipping carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Free shipping is available within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact customer service at support@naturnest.com and provide your order number.

  2. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed.
