What is your Return Policy?

At Northgrid Supply, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@northgridsupply.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

Sirius 2 Aluminum offers a roomy interior that provides plenty of space for sleeping, relaxing, and moving around more comfortably. Its generous design helps create a more open and practical camping environment, making overnight stays feel less cramped and more enjoyable.

Premium Fabric

Constructed from durable 310 GSM poly-cotton canvas, the tent fabric is designed for reliable outdoor performance. It features waterproof protection and a blackout coating to help keep the interior dry during wet weather and darker for improved sleep, even in bright conditions.

Foam Mattress

The included 2-inch high-density foam mattress is designed to provide firm support and dependable comfort. Its strong rebound helps maintain shape over time, creating a more stable and restorative sleeping surface for overnight use.

Durable Aluminum Shell

The aluminum shell with a black finish is built to provide dependable protection from rain, moisture, and dust. This durable hard-shell construction helps create a more secure shelter while standing up to the demands of regular outdoor travel.

Quick Setup

An integrated gas-strut-assisted X-frame allows the tent to open and close quickly with minimal effort. This design makes setup and takedown fast and simple, allowing a single person to get camp ready in moments.

Insulated Headliner

An automotive-grade insulated headliner is fitted throughout the interior to support better climate control and help reduce condensation. This added insulation contributes to a drier, more comfortable sleeping environment in a wider range of temperatures.

YKK Zippers

High-quality YKK zippers are used throughout the tent for smoother, more reliable operation. Designed for repeated use, they help ensure easy access and dependable performance over time.

Warranty

Naturnest provides a one-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. During this period, defective parts may be replaced at Naturnest’s discretion at no cost to the customer. Replacement parts will be provided, but installation is the responsibility of the customer.

This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from Naturnest or from an authorized dealer. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims on products purchased through an authorized dealer. Second-hand purchases are not covered.

Products sold by Naturnest that are not Naturnest-branded are covered by their respective manufacturers. Some discounted or clearance tents may have limited warranty coverage, which will be noted at the time of purchase.

This warranty does not cover:

  • UV damage to fabric or outer shell

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic blemishes from use

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents

  • Damage caused by natural events such as storms or strong winds

  • Cosmetic changes that do not affect functionality

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications made by the customer

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped through a shipping carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery is currently available to:

  • Canada

Free shipping is available within the United States.

Additional delivery availability includes:

  • Puerto Rico (PR)

  • U.S. Virgin Islands (VI)

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact customer service at support@naturnest.com and provide your order number.

  2. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed.
