What is your Return Policy?

At Northgrid Supply, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@northgridsupply.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

Inside, Sirius 2 is designed to create a more comfortable camping experience with an elevated ceiling, supportive foam mattress, anti-condensation layer, and built-in lighting. Compact when closed and spacious when opened, it delivers a practical balance of comfort, convenience, and all-weather reliability.

Spacious Interior

Sirius 2 offers a roomy interior layout that provides more space for sleeping, changing, and relaxing inside the tent. The elevated ceiling design helps create a more open feel, giving campers extra comfort during overnight stays and longer trips.

Premium Fabric

Constructed from high-quality 310 GSM poly-cotton canvas, the tent is built for durability and dependable outdoor performance. The fabric is waterproof-rated to 3000mm to help keep the interior dry in wet conditions, while the blackout coating adds shade and privacy for improved rest even in bright environments.

Comfortable Mattress

The sleeping area includes a 2-inch rebound foam mattress with a plush top layer for firm support and quick shape recovery. Combined with the anti-condensation layer, this setup helps create a drier and more comfortable sleeping environment through the night.

Weather-Resistant Shell

The tent features a durable ABS hard shell with a smooth black finish designed to resist moisture, rain, and dust. This shell construction adds protection against changing outdoor conditions while helping maintain the tent’s compact and streamlined profile.

Quick Installation

Sirius 2 uses a gas-supported X-frame system for fast opening and closing. This simple design allows one person to set up the tent quickly and easily, making it ideal for travelers who want convenience without a complicated setup process.

Insulated Headliner & Premium Hardware

An automotive-grade insulated headliner helps improve temperature control and reduce interior condensation for a drier and more comfortable sleeping space. The tent is also equipped with high-quality YKK zippers for smooth, reliable operation every time.

Warranty

Naturnest provides a one-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. During this period, defective parts may be replaced at Naturnest’s discretion at no cost to the customer. Replacement parts will be provided, but installation is the responsibility of the customer.

This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from Naturnest or from an authorized dealer. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims on products purchased through an authorized dealer. Second-hand purchases are not covered.

Products sold by Naturnest that are not Naturnest-branded are covered by their respective manufacturers. Some discounted or clearance tents may have limited warranty coverage, which will be noted at the time of purchase.

This warranty does not cover:

  • UV damage to fabric or outer shell

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic blemishes from use

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents

  • Damage caused by natural events such as storms or strong winds

  • Cosmetic changes that do not affect functionality

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications made by the customer

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped through a shipping carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Free shipping is available within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact customer service at support@naturnest.com and provide your order number.

  2. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed.
