Velowave Forest SM MTB

The Forest SM MTB is a full-suspension electric mountain bike equipped with a 500W motor, torque-sensing pedal assistance, a removable 48V 15Ah battery, and 27.5 in. x 2.8 in. tires. Its aluminum frame incorporates front and rear suspension for riding across trails and mixed terrain.

The motor delivers up to 760W peak output and 130 Nm of torque. The Class 3 system supports pedal-assist speeds up to 28 MPH and throttle operation up to 20 MPH, with 6 pedal-assist levels and throttle-on-demand operation from a complete stop.

Two selectable frame sizes, 17 in. and 19 in., are shown. They share the same 27.5 in. wheel and tire configuration but differ in frame geometry and recommended rider sizing.

Warranty

2-year initial limited warranty for bikes purchased after March 22, 2024. Battery packs are covered for 2 years from the original retail purchase date or up to 300 charging cycles, whichever occurs first. The motor, controller, display, charger, and throttle are covered for 2 years; bicycle frames are covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects; and mechanical components are covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects, subject to the stated warranty terms and exclusions.
