What is your Return Policy?

At Northgrid Supply, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@northgridsupply.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

Quick Setup with Auto-Lift Design

Orion Pro features an advanced auto-opening strut system that allows for fast and easy setup without tools. The tent can be opened or closed in under 30 seconds, making it ideal for solo campers, overlanders, and travelers who want a simpler setup process.

Durable ABS Shell

The premium ABS hard shell is designed for long-term outdoor use and has been tested for weather resistance. It resists warping, fading, cracking, and loss of surface finish, helping maintain both performance and appearance throughout the seasons.

Reinforced Side Brackets for Extra Strength

An upgraded side-support structure helps improve durability and stability while reducing the risk of fabric pinching or tearing during use. This reinforced design adds strength to the overall tent structure for more dependable performance over time.

All-Weather Comfort

Orion Pro includes two insulating mattress layers designed to improve comfort in varying weather conditions. The sleeping setup is waterproof, moisture-resistant, and warm, helping reduce the need for an additional anti-condensation mat while creating a more comfortable overnight experience.

Spacious Interior with Full Blackout Fabric

Designed to sleep 2 adults comfortably, Orion Pro offers a roomy interior with full blackout fabric for improved privacy and better rest. This makes it especially useful for campers who are sensitive to light or who camp in bright environments.

Built-in Power Port & USB LED Lighting

For added convenience, Orion Pro includes an integrated power inlet and USB LED light strip. These built-in features provide efficient lighting and easier device charging, helping create a more practical and comfortable campsite setup after dark.

Warranty

Naturnest provides a one-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. During this period, defective parts may be replaced at Naturnest’s discretion at no cost to the customer. Replacement parts will be provided, but installation is the responsibility of the customer.

This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from Naturnest or from an authorized dealer. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims on products purchased through an authorized dealer. Second-hand purchases are not covered.

Products sold by Naturnest that are not Naturnest-branded are covered by their respective manufacturers. Some discounted or clearance tents may have limited warranty coverage, which will be noted at the time of purchase.

This warranty does not cover:

  • UV damage to fabric or outer shell

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic blemishes from use

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents

  • Damage caused by natural events such as storms or strong winds

  • Cosmetic changes that do not affect functionality

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications made by the customer

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped through a shipping carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery is currently available to:

  • United States

  • Canada

Free shipping is available within the United States.

Additional delivery availability includes:

  • Puerto Rico (PR)

  • U.S. Virgin Islands (VI)

  • Guam (GU)

  • Northern Mariana Islands (MP)

  • American Samoa (AS)

  • Hawaii (HI)

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact customer service at support@naturnest.com and provide your order number.

  2. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed.
