What is your Return Policy?

At Northgrid Supply, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@northgridsupply.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

Sirius 1 is designed for fast and effortless setup with a gas-assisted opening system that allows the tent to open or close in less than a minute. Its aerodynamic ABS hard shell keeps the profile sleek while making travel and setup more convenient. The tent is compatible with most vehicles, including SUVs, Jeeps, trucks, camper vans, and Wranglers.

The streamlined teardrop-style shell is designed to reduce wind resistance during travel while giving the tent a clean, modern appearance. This aerodynamic shape not only adds style but also supports improved road performance and greater fuel efficiency.

All-Weather Protection – Rain or Shine

Constructed from durable polyester oxford fabric with a 3000mm waterproof coating, Sirius 1 is built to handle changing outdoor conditions. Reinforced weather seals and sealed seams help keep the interior dry, even in heavy rain, while UV-resistant materials add protection during long-term outdoor use.

Triple-Layer Mattress – Sleep Better Outdoors

Inside, Sirius 1 features a three-layer mattress system designed for comfort and moisture control. It includes a 5 cm memory foam mattress for pressure-relieving support, a 0.5 cm anti-condensation pad to help reduce moisture buildup, and a 0.5 cm marine-grade base pad to absorb dampness and protect the sleeping area. This layered setup helps create a drier, more comfortable rest environment.

Built-In Storage & Adventure Essentials

Sirius 1 is built for practical everyday use on the road. It comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 1 child and includes useful features such as 2 waterproof shoe bags, interior organizer pockets, 2 integrated LED light strips, and a 2.3 m telescoping aluminum ladder. The lockable hard shell also adds an extra layer of security while parked.

Warranty

Naturnest provides a one-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. During this period, defective parts may be replaced at Naturnest’s discretion at no cost to the customer. Replacement parts will be provided, but installation is the responsibility of the customer.

This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from Naturnest or from an authorized dealer. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims on products purchased through an authorized dealer. Second-hand purchases are not covered.

Products sold by Naturnest that are not Naturnest-branded are covered by their respective manufacturers. Some discounted or clearance tents may have limited warranty coverage, which will be noted at the time of purchase.

This warranty does not cover:

  • UV damage to fabric or outer shell

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic blemishes from use

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents

  • Damage caused by natural events such as storms or strong winds

  • Cosmetic changes that do not affect functionality

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications made by the customer

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped through a shipping carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Free shipping is available within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact customer service at support@naturnest.com and provide your order number.

  2. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed.
